We do not offer such packages as our service applies only to infrastructures and hardware that we design, and this design is always provided as resilient and redundant. That means there is no need to overpay for “fast” options and shipping back of faulty parts. We offer wide geographical coverage, unified term and single pricing – all for simplicity.
CAN I PURCHASE Calm Warranty™ FOR NON-DIAWAY SERVERS?
No, Calm Warranty™ is only available for DIAWAY servers.
CAN I ADD Calm Warranty™ TO PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED DIAWAY SERVERS?
It is possible to add Calm Warranty™ without reinstatement fee as long as all of the following conditions are met:
- per annum and per site minimal requirements are contracted for future purchases;
- per site minimal requirements are fulfilled for past purchases;
- equipment was delivered no later than one year ago.
IS Calm Warranty™ AVAILABLE FOR NETWORKING EQUIPMENT?
Yes, it is available for Juniper Networks equipment as an add-on for servers. It is not available for networking equipment only. The minimal per annum quantity is 50 units. The minimal per site requirement is not applicable for this.
